Opal is our most vibrant and expressive seasonal blend. Built from two exceptional single origins, an Ethiopian Anaerobic Guji Gr1 and a Rwandan Kilimbi honeyed coffee, this gives a wild lively cup bursting with character. 

Expect layers of blood orange marmalade, juicy forest berries and stewed stonefruit, balanced by a rich hazelnut ganache finish. Lightly roasted, with an extended developement time, Opal can be used for both espresso and filter brew methods, making it the perfect all round choice offering clarity, sweetness and complexity in every cup.
