Ethiopia Guji Kercha Anaerobic Natural - 250g
An anaerobically processed Grade 1 Microlot from Kercha Washing Station in the Guji sub-region of Oromia, Ethiopia — grown at 1,950–2,250 MASL using ancient heirloom varietals, and certified 100% Organic.
Anaerobic processing ferments the coffee in a sealed, oxygen-free environment, giving producers far greater control over fermentation and unlocking flavour compounds that conventional processing simply can't reach. The result is intensely expressive: blood orange jam, boozy tropical cocktail, bubblegum ice cream, and stewed nectarine — a coffee that announces itself the moment you open the bag.
Incredible as a black espresso or filter, and genuinely interesting in milk-based drinks too. This is the kind of cup that makes people stop and ask what they're drinking.
