Gold — Medium roast
Smooth, buttery, easy drinking. Caramel, milk chocolate and roasted nuts with a toffee finish.

Obsidian — Dark roast
Bold, full-bodied, indulgent. Deep dark chocolate, rich salted caramel and a hint of dark cherry. Cuts through alternative milks beautifully.

Amber — Sweeter medium roast
Honeyed and mellow. Smooth milk chocolate, butterscotch and a whisper of ripe berries.

Adamantium — Darkest roast
Dark cocoa, scorched caramel and molasses. High-caffeine, high-voltage intensity.

Emerald — Organic medium roast
Smooth chocolate base, lifted by berry brightness and rounded with caramel sweetness. Certified organic — for the café that cares about provenance.

Opal — Omni-roast (seasonal)
Blood orange marmalade, juicy forest berries and a hazelnut ganache finish. Dialled for both espresso and filter — one blend, two brew methods.

Quartz — Decaf
Dark chocolate and malted caramel, with mandarin brightness and a hint of raisin. All the complexity, none of the caffeine.
